How Restaurants Should Use Social Media

Is everyone in agreement that a successful restaurant is a social place? People meet, greet, & eat there. Share events, stories, business.
So, shouldn’t said restaurants embrace the social medial trend to enhance these experiences? Shouldn’t they be in touch with their guests to keep up with their needs?
Of course they should!!! Most are, but many are really just dipping their toes into the water of the stream!!
Get social, get on Facebook, Twitter, You Tube. Get your web site mobile (your guests are). Get a branded phone app, put it ALL OVER your media!!!
If you can’t connect to your most valuable asset (your regular guest), others will, & you will find yourselves in the trap. That trap is, seeing your counts going down, raising prices, cutting portions, cutting staff….until one day, you will wonder what happend & who to blame.
Act, instead of react now!!! Jump into the water, swim around in all the media has to offer. Most is very reasonable, work smarter, not harder!!
